Sarey Kunthea is a Business Systems & Operations Consultant and the founder of Baus Haus Network & Philly Nail Company. She is currently serving as the Business Assistance Coordinator at the famous SEA Market in Philadelphia where over 4,000 people from all over the country visited on its opening day.

With over 15+ years in business management, she helps business owners identify where their businesses are leaking time, money, and energy — and puts clear systems in place so their businesses can run without constant hustle or burnout.

Her work focuses on simplifying operations, building practical systems, and creating structure that allows businesses to grow without relying on one person to hold everything together.
